Each month throughout the year we build rituals as small, daily habits that accumulate over time to spark our energy, amplify our energy, reclaim energy that has been dispersed and drip into energy overflow. 

In July our challenge is this: to rest daily on a cellular level.

Each day we dive deep into the practice of yoga nidra, to sleep while awake and receive the cellular restoration available in deep sleep states... on demand. Daily practices and deep dive training on how and why this practice works.

I've been working with humans from every walk of life for 17 years, and everyone I've met so far wants the same thing... more energy. 

Maybe that's more energy for a healthier body, more energy in their bank account for travel and living, more energy in motherhood, more energy in their loving relationships or just more energy to feel good. 

To do this, we must stop watering the weeds in the mind and become "Boss of Self" through clear inner systems. Each month we become masters of one system at a time. I will show you how to crack the code and make all the things you "want to do" the things you've already done. We make it so easy and so desirable that you can't say no.
