Roots: Yoga Nidra for Grounding & Relaxation

This 12 minute nidra shifts the practitioner from holding on, to being held. The essential element of all yoga nidra practices and the beginning skill of mastery. We find where there are sensations of tension in the body and move them gradually from gripping, towards letting go. Choose this practice for days and moments where there is a need to centre, touch home base and make deep contact with the resortive support of the earth.
