Into the Chrysalis
The actual practices I use with clients that have created the biggest breakthroughs.
Now turned into a two week journey to dissolve who you've outgrown... and let what was always in you finally emerge
Here's what no one told you: Insight lives in your mind; but who you are lives in your body.
You know who you want to be. You can see that version, little glimpses where it feels so close. You see the way that version of you moves through their day with purpose, the way they speak up without rehearsing it first, the way they fully recieve life.
It's wild, isn't it? How on one hand we can intellectualise every part of ourselves. We can understand where our sabotages are, where our blocks are, where our patterns are, all of our flaws and all of our deficiencies. We can analyse every little bit of ourselves and in a cognitive, mental way we can understand it completely. We know exactly what it is we need to do, and most of us even have plenty of tools to do what we need to do. We know the practices, we have the meditation app, we know the therapists, we know the books to read and the podcasts to listen to, and we know all of that because we have read all of them and studied all of them and sat across from all of them.
And still, nothing moves.
There's an important place for talk therapy, just like any modality. But in many cases, when we are using the mind to try and resolve a problem at the level of the mind, we just talk our way in circles. There is something else that lives deep in the body, an answer that cannot be conjured from the mind, that can only be known from experience rather than information. That is where true healing lives, and that is where true transformation happens. For all of us, the only separation between us and being who we want to be is experiencing what it feels like to be that person.... alive in our bodies.
What I'm sharing with you is HOW I've actually been able to walk with my clients to close the gap on 'who they wanted to become' and create it as a quantum leap that actually arrives as a state of being in the body... RIGHT NOW.

Into the Chrysalis will live in my store at $297, but for its first seven days, before it takes its place there, you can go in for $47. This is the founding price, and it will never be this accessible again.
Go In $47What's Inside:
Drop In is where you begin
- a short training so that you actually feel the practice working from day one instead of lying there wondering whether you're doing it right.
- It also holds Breath of Life, a full masterclass on the anatomy of your breath, the way it moves your hormones and your nervous system, and exactly why these practices do what they do. Not because you need to understand it for it to work, but because there's something steadying about knowing what's happening inside you while it happens.
The Journey is the heart of it:
- Fourteen days of guided breath, hypnosis, nidra and meditation, one practice a day, sequenced so that each one lands on the one before it, 10 - 15 minutes long... because life is busy! The longer, deeper journeys come later, once you've built the capacity to actually be inside them. You don't have to decide anything or design anything. You just press play and go in.
The Unbinding sits alongside every practice.
- Short myofascial releases, all of them under five minutes, for the diaphragm and physical tissues where we restrict and hold and armour the breath.
- The Instant Reset is three minutes to bring you back from wherever life has swept you away to. For the moments you catch yourself living as the version one again. Reset the dial in minutes
Bonuses... because you're getting in early
- Bedtime Breath, a library of breath and nidra classes to carry you down into the dreamstate. You're already lying down at the end of the day. This just changes what happens while you're there.
- The Blue Moon Ceremony, a recording of a live full moon breath ceremony. One of the most powerful rooms I've ever held, and now it's yours to enter whenever you want to feel what a group of people breathing together actually does.
What nobody tells you about the chrysalis
We love the butterfly, the after photo, the pretty part. Nobody talks about what actually happens inside.
The caterpillar doesn't renovate itself in there. It doesn't rearrange the furniture or improve or optimise or become a slightly better version of a caterpillar. It dissolves completely, releasing enzymes that digest it entirely until what's inside that chrysalis is nothing but liquid. There is no caterpillar left in there, no plan, no thinking its way through.
And floating in all of that liquid are cells that biologists call imaginal cells. They were there the whole time, dormant inside the caterpillar, carrying the pattern of the butterfly from the very beginning. They were never added or learned or downloaded from a podcast, they were simply already there, waiting. At first the caterpillar's own body attacks them and treats them as invaders, as something foreign and wrong, and then eventually it stops fighting and they build the rest.
Read that again and notice what you've been doing. You've been trying to renovate, to keep the structure and improve the finishes and understand your way into someone new, when what you're actually being asked to do is dissolve, to stop fighting the part of you that already knows and let it build the rest from the inside.
You cannot think your way through a chrysalis. You can only go in.
What happens in 14 Days
This is a self-paced journey of one practice a day for fourteen days, moving through one clear arc. You do it in your own time, in your own home, in your own dark.
Week one is the dissolving. Through breath and self-hypnosis you'll drop beneath the reach of the thinking mind and into the place where the old one actually lives, not to understand her one more time but to loosen her grip on your body and finally let her go. This is the part that all those years of insight could never touch, because she was never in your mind at all. She was held in your breath and your tissue and your nervous system, underneath thought, which is exactly why you could see so clearly and still not move. This is the goo, and it isn't always comfortable, and it isn't supposed to be.
Week two is the building. Through visualisation and yoga nidra you'll let what was always in you rise and take shape, because deep rest is where this actually happens. Not effort, not force, not more trying, but rest, which is where a new pattern truly settles into the body. You'll experience what it feels like to be that person rather than imagining it or understanding it, until your body stops treating them as a stranger and begins to recognise them as you. They aren't new. They were the imaginal cells. They were always in there.
What you'll notice on the other side
You'll catch the old reaction before it runs and choose differently, and you'll say the thing you would once have swallowed. You'll stop over-explaining yourself. You'll wake lighter, as though you set something down in the night, and you'll find yourself speaking about who you are in the present tense. The people around you will feel it before you ever say a word.
Why I made this
I'm Mel, a kinesiologist, yoga and breath facilitator, bodyworker and a mother. I've been through that chrysalis more times than I ever wanted to enter it, and every single time I learned a little more about that process of dissolution, of unbecoming everything that we are not. Because we only ever remember who we truly are when we're brave enough to finally release everything that we are no longer.
I've been in the room for nearly two decades now, witnessing the kind of miracles that can only happen when someone stands at that precipice. That sliding doors moment where we finally step out of an old identity and into someone greater.
It felt like it was finally time to take these practices out of trainings and in-person events only, and bring them into your own intimate nest at home. There is absolutely a place for group work in person, for moving with the energy of a room. But so many of my own most profound shifts actually happened in the cocoon of my own home, when I felt safe enough to not be witnessed and not be needed, and to move or sound or empty out whatever was ready to go.
I can't wait for you to experience what's waiting for you when you emerge.
My promise to you
Move through the practices across the two weeks and actually go in. If nothing shifts, if you don't feel the old version of you loosen or feel what's underneath begin to build, then show me you did the work and I'll refund you in full. All I ask is that you walk the path, because the body will always respond when you show up for it. But it has to be the body.
Time to go in
