IS THIS YOU?

This is for you if you're deeply interested in your own body, if you want to understand how the magic of it actually works. A student of life, curious about consciousness, about life force, about what any of it really means. Someone who loves movement, yoga, pilates, whatever form it takes. Someone on a spiritual path who asks the deep questions, who's healthy-minded and always looking for more. Someone who wants to serve the people around them by being more full themselves. Someone who's a little bit "woo," and isn't embarrassed by that anymore.

This isn't for everyone, and it isn't meant to be. It's not for someone who doesn't actually want change in their life. It's not for someone unwilling to move their body, unwilling to meditate or breathe or build a healthy habit. It's not for someone disinterested in the spiritual path, or sceptical of energy work at their core. If any of that's you, this isn't going to feel like the right fit, and that's alright.

But if you read the first paragraph and felt yourself nodding, keep going. This was built for you.

THE ACHE

Your alarm goes off early. You have so many balls in the air, and you know you need to get ahead of the day before it gets ahead of you.

Before you're even out of bed, you can feel it. Your chest tightens. Your heart races. Your breath catches. There's nothing technically wrong. You just don't know why.

You might scroll your phone. Check the news. Numb out and build more internal anxiety at the exact same time. It's like you're a teapot that's steaming with no way to release.

You go to yoga because you know you should, but lately it's felt more like ticking a box than answering a calling. In savasana, for one hour, you remember why you go. Then you're up again, wishing you could bottle that feeling and keep it. You're busy, working, running errands, doing everything for everyone, and somewhere in there you know you need yourself too. So you journal a little. You put on a short meditation between things. But it feels like band aids on the Tower of Pisa. Nothing makes much difference in the long run.

You're still... you. And you don't even know who that is anymore, or who you want to be.

At night, the thoughts come. Why am I so lazy? What's wrong with me? I never follow through, so what's even the point of trying? Honestly, I don't know where to start. I feel ready to let this go, but how? I don't think change is actually possible for people like me.

You don't know what the problem is, or who to see. Should you see a therapist? You're not depressed. Just disconnected. You want to feel alive, like you're actually the one leading your own body and your own life, not a bystander to it. But everyone else seems to be getting by just fine. Maybe your dreams are too big. Maybe you should just settle.

And if you're honest, you're a little terrified of what might come up if you actually start facing your mind and your emotions. It feels huge. Like a labyrinth with no end. What if you get swallowed. What if you get lost. What if there's so much in there that you never make it to the other side.

You've seen practitioners before. Some of it helped. But only temporarily, and you've been left feeling like you're eternally guessing.

You have aches, pains, and niggles all over your body, and you know there's more to it than just going to see someone about them. You want to befriend your body in a deeper way, and start healing yourself while you get to the root cause. You've done talk therapy. You've seen all sorts of healers, for years. A lot of it has helped. But something's always been missing, the thing that ties it all together and makes it real, something that actually lives in your body. You want change in your bones, in your cells. Not just to sit around and talk about your problems.

WHAT'S ACTUALLY BEEN MISSING

You're a mover. A yogi, maybe, or someone who's spent years in movement and practice, and you love it. But you're ready to take it to a deeper level. You want a spiritual practice that's unique to you, that feels deeply personal, profound, like medicine every single time. You want to know with certainty that you're on your path, that every step and every practice matters. You want actual tools that work, that you can feel, that create change within.

You know there's more available to you in this lifetime. You just haven't known quite what it is, or how to get there. You know you've outgrown your old skin, but you can't quite find the new. You have so many scattered practices and pieces, and you haven't known how they fit together.

That's what The Vitality Codes is.

It makes the spiritual path make sense. It's no longer abstract bits and pieces, it becomes a clear path that you walk through your body. It shows you how to actually use the information that everything is energy, that we create our own reality, through small daily actions and energetic practices, so it stops being a nice idea and starts being something you live.

That feeling you get in a deep savasana becomes the state you live from.

You stop guessing the root of your pain and start moving it, in real time. You start removing the mental and emotional blockages in your body without years of therapy. You start understanding the actual root cause of what's been sitting in you.

I know this because I lived it first. Years of one specialist to the next, one hospital to the next, looking for a pathway to become whole. It wasn't until I stopped treating it as a mind story, something to think my way around, that anything actually shifted. What was stuck in me had been living somewhere physical the whole time, waiting to be found.

WHO YOU BECOME

Right now, you feel strong in your body. Your joints feel light, springy, juicy, mobile. Your body feels lean and toned. You feel proud when you catch yourself in the mirror, you smile, you feel pride and confidence in how you carry yourself.

It's not really about the weight or the muscle. It's that you finally feel like you're living in a body that mirrors who you really are on the inside. A body that's powerful. A body that's vibrant. A body that's vital.

When you feel an ache or a niggle now, you know it's a beloved friend asking you for help. Instead of putting yourself last, or ignoring things in your body until they become big problems, you know how to really hold yourself. You know how to be tender with your body and take care of it in a way that feels meaningful, purposeful, spiritual.

You know how to balance your energy. When you feel wobbly, or busy, or scattered, you know exactly how to anchor yourself, how to centre yourself. You're present with your children, your family, your loved ones. At work, you're sharp, focused, on. You're magnetic. People are drawn to your frequency, and your wholeness makes the people around you feel more alive, more whole, just from being near you.

You know exactly what you want. And more than that, you know exactly how to get there. You've become a co-creator with the universe. You know how to align your body to the frequency of the thing you want to create. Your morning practice isn't just to remove pain, or make your body stronger. Your body is the mechanism you use to create your dreams. You can see who you want to be, and you know, with certainty, what your path is, because everything you've set out to do so far, you've done. You can back yourself in that.

Your mornings feel like prayer. You wake up and you feel alive. You feel vital. You're the first person on your own list, and you choose that, so you can show up for everyone and everything else in your life from your fullness, not your scraps.

You have become the person your younger self used to look up to.

A DAY IN THAT LIFE

You wake before your alarm, before the sun, with a soft smile on your face. Grateful for another day. Another chance to bless the lives of the people around you, and to just be in the fabric of life.

You switch your energy field on. You align your frequency with a deliberate ritual. You move through your morning practice like prayer, like ritual, like you're praying with your body instead of your words. You don't move because you have to, and you don't move for punishment, and you don't move for how you'll look. You move because of what it unlocks. Because it gives you energy. Because it gives you vitality.

Breakfast is slow and grounded. Your children are probably awake, and you're grateful to see them, grateful to model what alignment actually looks like. The morning sun on your face. The sound of birds. A meal that gives you life instead of just filling time. You help your children get ready for their day, as you move toward yours.

Your work feels like your soul's calling. You have a fire in you to lead, to hold, to support. People listen when you speak. Your presence is magnetic. There's no pressure, no stress in your day, you're fuelled by passion and alignment instead. Your posture carries power and elegance and confidence. Your face is soft. Your shoulders are relaxed. Your jaw, your heart, at ease.

Your home mirrors who you are. Every item chosen, placed with intention. It's a temple you return to, a reminder of who you are. You love hard on your children, your family, your friends, your community, not because you feel like you have to, but because you're a channel for it, and it pours out of you whether you mean it to or not.

Before sleep, you tend to whatever the day left behind. You clear anything stuck. You have practices now for tending to doubt, to shadow, to anything no longer in alignment with who you're becoming, and you do it without fear, without hesitation. Like tidying a house before it fills with things that don't belong there. And then you sleep. Deeply. Soundly. Through the whole night.

HOW THIS RIPPLES OUT

You know how to read your own energy. You know how to test your own body, to know what's giving you life and what's taking it away, and you apply that to everything, your goals, your food, your relationships, your work.

Your digestion settles. Your body hums. Your skin clears. Your hair grows long and full. Your eyes are clear, lifted, awake. Your mind is steady, present, focused. Your relationships come alive because you know how to actually connect. Your home feels aligned with who you're being. You've finally put down the old stories, and found a way to actually remove them from your body, not just talk about them.

Your bank account reflects your worth. You're never worried about having enough, because you know that you are enough.

IN THEIR OWN WORDS

"Mel's platform has been an absolute anchor for me, helping me stay calm and hopeful during a difficult year. Her classes are uniquely Mel, she has this unparalleled knowledge and knowing of how to guide you back into your body and your own presence. I've never come across sessions that align with me so deeply. Her Nidra journeys are unbelievable, her timing and her way with words drop me into a deep parasympathetic state. If you were ever blown away by her in-person yin classes, her live sessions are that and so much more. I'm just so lucky to have her guidance."

— Kristy

"Dear Mel, you are a gift. I am just amazed by your way of working, so so good. It's so good to work with the fascias, and all that you bring is impeccable, your rhythm, the way that you speak, and all that you share. I'm so happy I joined. I did yoga for years with a lady who brought me into energy work, but eventually I stopped going and never found anyone else I wasn't bored with, until now."

— Marina

"mel these are SUCH A GIFT. HOLY DAMN the amount of work and thought you've put into this platform, i have never ever seen an offering structured like this. it is crazy to me that i've gone from seldom moving during winter (other than walking around) to looking FORWARD to pulling my mat out as soon as i'm home from work, where usually i'm in go collapse on the couch/bed and vegetate mode. these feel so yummy and so accessible that my resistance to doing it is almost nullified. also for me exercise in the past esp as a teenager/20s was typically like... kill myself doing a hard sweaty hour workout, or nothing. and i;ve never focused on mobility because in my mind i was like well i'm just doing this to get abs and an ass and look hot / lose weight so that's a waste of time. but WOW my body feels amazing doing this. my body looks way leaner and more toned than it "should" for how gentle the movements have been but i guess it's the consistency???? and the clever intentional sequences? anyway point is, you are INCREDIBLE. your brain is just delicious. i'm so grateful this is a part of my life & just imagining how much of a gamechanger it would/will be for pregnancies/post-partum, for kids, etc."

— Joy

"I dropped into one of Mel's yoga classes by chance eight years ago, and that was it for me. I left feeling profoundly changed, as though I'd undertaken an entire hero's journey through deep layers of myself without even fully realising what was happening, guided and held by her joyful, grounding voice. I love the way her mind works and how she weaves together science, quantum physics, Eastern and Western teachings, magic, anatomy, and spirituality, in a way that feels accessible. After just one month of the daily embodiment practices on the More Energy platform, I feel significantly calmer, happier, more energised, and more regulated. I also experienced the most easeful, pain-free menstrual cycle I can remember having in years. The value offered within Mel's body of work is beyond words. I've never come across a methodology like hers before and deeply trust in its specificity and intelligence."

WHY WHAT YOU'VE TRIED HASN'T WORKED

"I just need to see the right practitioner."

How many have you already seen? How much better do you actually feel? How many years of talk therapy, how many years of yoga, and how different are you really, underneath it? Now flip it. What breakthroughs have you had without a practitioner in the room? What beautiful, real experiences have you had in your own body, alone, that no one else facilitated for you? It was never going to come down to finding the right person to sit across from.

"I just need to be more consistent."

Excellence isn't an act, it's a habit, and your habits are your repeated beingness. One class a week, a couple of times a month, isn't a broken practice you need to try harder at. It's not about the practice at all. It's about consistently arriving in your body as who you're actually becoming, not performing wellness in scattered bursts and wondering why nothing sticks.

"I just need to meditate more."

How long have you actually been meditating, and do you still feel like a prisoner to your own thoughts and emotions? How many times have you sat down, watched the timer count down, and spiralled with yourself the whole way through? It was never about doing more meditation. It's about the right meditation, one that's actually built to move what's stuck, not just observe it.

"I just need a better wind-down routine."

How long is your bedtime routine, truly, and are you still lying there tossing and turning, telling yourself you need to be more tired, or that you already are? You can layer on the calming sounds, the white noise, the hour of lights-off ritual, the way we do for kids who still won't sleep, and it won't touch what's actually keeping your nervous system switched on. What's needed isn't a softer routine. It's emptying whatever's accumulated in the body that's actually causing the unrest. Watch a child who's been allowed to run, to burn off what's in them, fall asleep within minutes. That's not a coincidence. That's the body being let all the way through something, before it's asked to rest.

None of that was you failing. It was all missing the one thing that actually moves what's stuck. Not another practitioner. Not another class. A body that finally knows how to test and clear itself.

WHAT'S ACTUALLY TRUE

Your body hurts because there's a trapped emotion in it.

You can't sleep at night because you never physically released what's been sitting in you all day.

You're overthinking because you've never let yourself release that past event on a physical level.

You're not wasting your yoga or your pilates. You're just not pairing it with moving the emotion at the same time.

Pair your practice with the root cause of what's actually going on, and your movement becomes real healing, not just a workout.

Test your body for the emotion first, and your practice goes straight to the root of what's actually causing your pain.

You can shift a trapped emotion in ten minutes, once you get honest about what it is, what it wants, and you actually let yourself do it.

You already move your body. Why not add the one layer that makes it work?

You're already meditating. You're just not using it to plant the seeds you actually want, on purpose, deep in your subconscious.

"BUT MY PAIN IS MORE COMPLICATED THAN THAT"

It could be. But there's a difference between treating what's visible on the surface, the symptoms, and finally coming to the root, what's actually happening at the level of the cell, creating the imbalance in the first place. A trapped emotion.

It started as one thing. It may have become many things since. But treating the many things on the surface, without ever tending to what started it, gets you nowhere. Treating it at the root is what makes everything else you've already tried, every practice, every therapy, every modality, finally start to move the needle.

"WHAT IF YOU CAN'T READ YOUR BODY YET"

Most of us have buried our intuition beneath the never-ending to-do list, the places we need to be, the things we need to do. That doesn't mean you're not intuitive. It means you've gotten very good at tending to what's asking for you in your immediate reality.

The good news is you don't need to be intuitive for this. You only need to be curious. It's your curiosity that takes you beneath the noise of the day, your wonder about what else might be possible that leads you to the quiet moment where your intuition was waiting the whole time.

Intuition isn't a requirement. Having a body is the requirement. As long as you can feel what's happening in yours, you'll always know exactly what your next step is.

And practically, you're never left guessing with nothing to hold onto. Every practice already has a starting point built in. Working with the spleen and stomach today? The emotion we're moving is worry, it's already queued for you. If something else is genuinely alive in you, you follow that instead. Self-testing is a skill, not a starting requirement, and this is where you build it, inside real practices, with real prompts, until one day you realise you've stopped needing the cue at all.

YOU DON'T NEED TO BE FIT, FLEXIBLE, OR A "REAL" YOGI TO BEGIN

It doesn't matter how fit you are, or what condition your body is in right now. It only matters that you're willing to show up for your body, twenty minutes a day, for ninety days, as an experiment in how good your body could actually feel if you tended to it. There's no fitness requirement at the door. Just the ability to move, even if that means modifying, even if that means resting. Taking good care of you, wherever you're at, is the only thing that's mandatory.

And if you've ever felt like the worst one in the room, here's something worth knowing. Across almost every field, the most esteemed, the most advanced, are often the ones least willing to actually change. They have too much to unlearn, too much already built, too much at stake to stay open. Starting from the beginning isn't a disadvantage. It's a gift. There's so much less to unlearn, and so much more room to stay curious. You don't need a fitness level, a practice history, or any experience at all. You only need the willingness to arrive, to breathe, to feel, and to be in your body exactly as it already is.

"I'M NOT READY FOR THIS"

Readiness was never actually the thing you needed. What you needed was a desire for something different, and you wouldn't be here, reading this closely, if that desire wasn't already real. Showing up is the proof. That's what ready actually means.

What isn't real, and never was, is the mind's version of ready, perfect, fully resolved, nothing wobbly left to sort out first. That version doesn't exist. Waiting for it is the trap that keeps most people never starting at all.

So start as a rough draft. Give yourself something messy to work with, something you can actually edit, instead of holding out for a finished version of yourself that was never going to arrive on its own. Be willing to be wobbly. Be willing to shuffle humbly along your own way.

Every person you've ever admired for what they've built got there the same way, not because they knew for certain they'd arrive, but because they took the next right step anyway, already sure they were meant for more than where they were standing.

Underneath "I'm not ready," there are usually two smaller fears hiding. The first is that this will take more time than you have. But most of the time you've already spent, seeing practitioners who didn't actually help, sitting in classes that never made your body feel better, was time spent misaligned. The truth, when you actually land on it, tends to be simple. Shifts can happen in what feels like quantum time, spontaneously, the moment you're genuinely aligned. It was never the truth that was going to take so long. It was all the detours around it.

The second fear is bigger, that starting this means everything has to fall apart first. Some big unraveling, a total rebuild, a version of transformation that has to break you before it remakes you. Nobody is ever ready for that, and thankfully, that was never what this asks of you. Michelangelo said all he ever did with David was remove everything that wasn't David, one chip at a time. That's this too. You don't need a new life. You don't need a breakdown to have a breakthrough. You just need to roll out your mat once, and be willing to remove one small thing that isn't true. Nobody's ready for their whole life to fall apart. But almost all of us are ready for one small scoop of freedom today.

IF YOU'RE SCARED YOU CAN'T CHANGE

You've been inconsistent in your personal practice, even though you really want to be more devoted. You feel "off" through the day, for no clear reason. Your body feels achy, bloated, depleted, tired. You have scattered practices that never quite hold together.

You've done a lot of seeking, seeing healers, reading books, but nothing that's actually lasted as change in your life. Your heart races, you can't sleep, your mind is busy even when nothing is technically wrong. It's like you can't wake up in your own life.

If someone filmed your day, they'd see you racing through it, behind, rushed, disconnected from everyone and everything around you. Doing everything "right" for everyone else, and rarely giving that same energy back to yourself.

You haven't solved this yet because you haven't found the method, the technique, the practice that actually aligns for you. That's not a character flaw. That's just what's been missing.

I stood exactly where you stand. That ache in the body, that pit in the bottom of the belly, that catch in the throat, that tightness in the chest, that fogginess in the mind that comes from carrying too many things that aren't true anymore, I know it, because I lived years of it myself. Because I've been there, I know the way out. And because I've walked this now with so many people, I know it isn't as complicated as you think. When we hold each other through it, it isn't as lonely as you think either.

WHAT HAPPENS IF YOU DON'T CLEAR IT

If you don't believe those emotions need clearing, they don't just sit quietly. They keep stewing. Pulling excess energy toward them. Creating pain, disruption, stagnation, heaviness, holding you in a physical body that belongs to your past experiences, not the ones you're actually living now.

Your body is anchored materially, physically, through cells, through blood, through hormones, through the very real chemistry of who you've been. If that never gets cleared, you can dream yourself into your future all you want, your body won't be able to follow you there. It's still gridlocked in what it's already carrying.

So the old stuff stays louder than the voice of who you really are. You keep feeling short-tempered, sharp, impatient, disconnected, dissociated, lost, not because something's wrong with you, but because you're full. There's so much unprocessed traffic jamming the signal that even the good stuff, the joy, the gratitude, the bliss you're capable of, can't get through the tissue that's already this congested.

That's the actual cost of leaving it. Not drama. Just less and less room, in your own body, for who you're trying to become.

The only way to become who you want to be is to clear the stored experience from your body that no longer belongs to who you are.

And if the real fear right now is time, that you don't have another hour to give anything, that's not a reason to wait. It's exactly what the Reclaim Your Time bonus is built for, so the space for this gets built into your life on purpose, before you even begin.

THE TWELVE CODES

Once your energy is aligned across these 90 days, you inherit a process, not just a memory of feeling good once. Twelve Codes, yours to walk for the rest of your life, deepening the one daily practice you'll already know by heart.

Every one of these Codes came from a discipline I trained in myself, not something I read about and repackaged. Yoga and the Himalayas taught me the soul. Traditional Chinese Medicine taught me the organs and the seasons. Kinesiology taught me how to move what years of talk therapy alone couldn't reach. I didn't assemble this from theory. I built it from what actually worked, first in my own body, then in my son's, then in the people I've walked with since.

THE INVESTMENT

This is the objection that's genuinely hardest to sit with, because it isn't really about the number. It's about what money represents, your time, your energy, your life force, being exchanged for something that money can't actually buy: your own wholeness.

So let's be honest about that. This isn't the price of your wholeness. Nobody can sell you that, and nobody's trying to. What you're actually investing in is the container, the structure, the guidance that gets you there far faster than years of scattered searching ever could.

Because you've already been spending. Money on memberships, coaching, workshops, audiobooks, resources that felt beautiful in the moment and then scattered, never quite anchoring into anything that lasted. Time and energy on practitioners, diagnoses, tests that came back with no real answers. Years spent living in a smaller version of yourself that you always knew was meant to be so much more.

The real question was never whether you can afford this. It's how much longer you're willing to keep spending, in time, in energy, in life force, on paths that were never going to bring you all the way home.

The Vitality Codes is valued at $2,990.

As a founding member of this round, your investment is $1,990, a full $1,000 off, and this rate will never be offered again. Once this cohort closes, the price returns to $2,990 for good.

Pay in full at $1,990, or spread it across 6 monthly payments of $359.

THE GUARANTEE

You're covered by a 12-month guarantee. If you do the work, show up, practice, engage, and it genuinely hasn't landed for you within the year, you'll be refunded in full. Show me your completed practices, your journalling, the homework from each step, you don't need to have self-tested perfectly, you just need to have shown up and followed the process as it's built. If you've truly done that and haven't seen the shifts, I will refund you in full. This isn't a guarantee for someone who signs up and never opens the portal. It's for the person who's genuinely ready, because real change in the body takes longer than a single season to fully reveal itself, and I believe in what happens when you actually give it that time.

I can offer this because I've never seen the process not work. I watched it move through my own body first. I watched it move through my son within hours, tension falling out of his tiny hands, his jaw releasing, his spine unravelling, until our own osteopath cancelled every recurring appointment because there was nothing left to fix. What did you do, he asked me. I told him. He said he'd never have considered it, but it made complete sense.

ABOUT ME

Growing up, I was the sensitive one. The emotional child. Timid, tense, afraid. By my teens, that tension had landed in my gut, horrific period pain, digestive issues, IBS, bloating, later diagnosed as endometriosis and PCOS. Then, slowly, my body started shutting down. Seizures. I spent years going from one therapist to the next, one specialist to the next, one hospital to the next, looking for a pathway to become whole.

I moved to Australia and started working with a different kind of medicine, diet, movement, addressing the stress and the past I'd been carrying. Things slowly started to shift. I wanted to understand how the mind and the body were actually linked, so I studied the psychology of health, and somewhere along the way I realised it was never the clinical side that pulled me. It was the body.

That hunger took me to the Himalayas, where I studied under teachers who taught me about source, about spirit, about the technology of ancient wisdom. I left with an understanding of the soul, of the psychology of yoga, of how all of it lands in the body, but I still didn't fully know what to do with it. So I kept going. I studied with indigenous shamans and medicine women. I studied Traditional Chinese Medicine. I studied kinesiology, because I wanted practical tools, not just embodied understanding, ways to actually help people shift what was stuck, more quickly, with more ease.

But it wasn't until I gave birth to my son that all of it became clear. I was sitting with this tiny baby, watching him clench his jaw, clench his fists, cry, and I realised he wasn't crying from hunger or tiredness. He had a trapped emotion in his body, even at a few weeks old. I held him, witnessed him, let him feel everything he needed to feel. Within hours, I watched the tension fall out of his tiny hands. I watched his jaw release, his spine unravel. At our next appointment, our osteopath cancelled every recurring booking, there was nothing left to fix. What did you do, he asked me. I told him, and he said he'd never have considered it, but it made complete sense.

That's when everything I'd learned simplified into something anyone could use. Because none of this is actually complicated. It's not a mind story. It's not something we can think our way around. It lives somewhere in the body, and when we find it, and let it move through, we become a little more free. One layer at a time, our insides start to catch up with who we've been all along.

I made The Vitality Codes because I've never seen this process not work. And because I've been exactly where you are, I know there truly is a path. I know it isn't as complicated as you think. And when we walk it together, it isn't as lonely as you think either.
